Wines

40 hectares of vineyards are cultivated organically according to the philosophy of natural agriculture. They are an important point of reference for various research projects aimed at the conservation and integration of the human-plant-animal balance.

The wines of Poggio al Casone express the characteristics of the territory. The mild climate influenced by the proximity of the sea, the particular brightness and the sandy soils give us the possibility to produce wines of great elegance.

The Historical Cellar

It’s possible to book a guided tour at another historical property of the Castellani family, just a few kilometers from Poggio al Casone. The guests and external visitors will be there able to taste a selection of wines from the family estate. Come to admire the “Tabaccaia”, a building once used for drying tobacco and now transformed into a cellar equipped with the most modern technologies.
